“Michael Green at the Small Business Development Center at McLennan Community College was instrumental in helping my partner and I plan for opening UpGrade Educational Services. He was very patient in working with us on the development of our business plan and emphasized its importance with respect to the success of our business. And he was right! The answers to the questions we had to ask ourselves in business plan development have guided us throughout our startup and will continue to do so in the months ahead.”
